You can book a session directly online on my website. Head to my Services Page, choose the option that fits best, and you’ll be able to pick times that work for you from my calendar.
Payment is made securely online when you book.
All sessions are held online via Zoom and you’ll receive the link automatically once your booking is confirmed.

I work with an international client base, so you’re welcome to book from wherever you are in the world. Sessions are offered in English, and the format is designed to feel just as personal and connected as being in the room together.

Yes, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call.
If you’re considering therapy, this is a great way to learn more about how I work,ask any questions you may have, and get a feel for whether it’s the right fit for you. There’s no pressure to commit, the session is just a chance to connect and explore.

The number of sessions depends on the person and what they would like to work on in our sessions.
Some clients prefer ongoing weekly sessions to support them through different life situations as they come up. Others come in with a specific focus and want a more structured approach.
As a starting point, I often recommend my 10-session package.
This gives us time to spend the first few sessions unpacking your story and understanding the patterns of behaviour and then use the following sessions to explore, reflect, and practice new ways of being through drama therapy tools.That’s why I created my signature 10-session package, it offers a focused, guided process to work on one area of your life over 10 weeks at a special rate.

Yes, I offer group sessions and workshops, both online and in-person.

For online one-on-one sessions, you can book directly through my website, on my Services Page. Just note who the session is for in the intake form so I can tailor the experience accordingly.

They’ll just need to mention your name as their referrer in the intake form.

Preparing For A Session

Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete an intake form. This helps me understand a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy and ensures we’re on the same page about how we’ll work together.
You don’t need to prepare anything formal, just come as you are.
If you’d like, you can reflect on any situations, emotions, or patterns you’re curious to explore.
In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to unpack your story and get clear on what’s showing up for you. Once we’ve laid that foundation, we’ll begin the more practical work, using creative tools to help you explore new ways of thinking, responding, and relating.

That’s it! You don’t need to have it all figured out, we will unpack everything together in the session.
Pricing & Rescheduling

Individual sessions are €80, when you book multiple sessions in a package you will save on rates. See my pricing for different packages on my Services Page.

If you're booking from South Africa or another region with a weaker currency, I offer adjusted pricing at a reduced rate of 50% to help make therapy more accessible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m happy to have that conversation.

Sessions are non-refundable, but I understand that life happens, if something comes up, you're welcome to reschedule.
I simply ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

This is a cash-based practice, and I do not deal directly with insurance or medical aid companies.
Should you wish to claim from medical aid, please get in touch with me directly to get the required documentation to support your claim.
