It’s normal to have questions. 💬

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, these answers are here to help you feel more informed and clear about what to expect.

  • If you're booking from South Africa or another region with a weaker currency, I offer a few sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m happy to have that conversation.

    Contact me about location-based pricing.

  • Sessions are non-refundable, but I understand that life happens, if something comes up, you're welcome to reschedule.

I simply ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Once you’ve booked your session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete an intake form. This helps me understand a bit about what’s bringing you to therapy and ensures we’re on the same page about how we’ll work together.

You don’t need to prepare anything formal, just come as you are.

If you’d like, you can reflect on any situations, emotions, or patterns you’re curious to explore.

In our first few sessions, we’ll take time to unpack your story and get clear on what’s showing up for you. Once we’ve laid that foundation, we’ll begin the more practical work, using creative tools to help you explore new ways of thinking, responding, and relating.

    • Have a notebook or journal nearby

    • Find a private space where you can talk freely

    • Bring a cup of tea, coffee or water if you like

That’s it! You don’t need to have it all figured out, we will unpack everything together in the session.
