Hi, I’m Michela 🙋‍♀️ 

I’m a registered Drama Therapist (M.A) with over 8 years of experience helping professionals, students, and expats feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges. In my online therapy sessions, I use creative psychotherapy to help you practice and experience real change.

After my own experience of trauma and emotional shutdown, I discovered how powerful creative tools can be in the therapy journey.

Now, through my Drama Therapy work, I help others unpack what is beneath the surface and practice new ways of showing up in their lives.
